Role & Responsibilities
- Empower, develop, motivate, and work alongside team members to drive results through delivering an elevated customer experience
- Recruit, hire, and retain best-in-class talent for the store
- Deliver operational excellence in all store processes and systems
- Develop and execute strategic business plans while driving incremental sales utilizing cross-functional partners and marketing opportunities
- Create foot traffic through community involvement and hosting events
- Build a client book through establishing and maintaining client relationships to drive additional traffic and create client engagement
- Drive omnichannel sales by utilizing all available tools and technology
- Conduct performance management and team development initiatives
- Monitor and manage store financial metrics and inventory
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of Store Manager experience at a specialty retailer
- Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing in English
- Authorization to work for any employer in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Ability to meet store scheduling and availability expectations, including flexible schedules, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift)
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Ability to reach overhead, bend, kneel, and stoop
- Ability to handle merchandise and operate point-of-sale equipment
- Ability to visually assess merchandise and customer needs
- Ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members in written and verbal formats
- Ability to work in busy environments with bright lights, music, and peak traffic hours
Skills
Experience
2+ years of Store Manager experience in specialty retail or similar luxury fashion retail environment
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business, retail management, or fashion is preferred but not required
