Role & Responsibilities
- Empower, develop, and motivate the store team to deliver elevated customer experience and drive measurable sales results
- Recruit, hire, and retain top-tier talent aligned with Michael Kors brand standards
- Execute operational excellence across all store processes and ensure compliance with corporate policies
- Develop and implement strategic business plans while driving incremental sales through cross-functional partnerships and marketing opportunities
- Build a robust client book by establishing and nurturing lasting client relationships to increase repeat traffic and engagement
