Michael Kors is hiring a Store Manager in Rome (Condotti) to lead retail operations, omnichannel sales and team development.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the store’s strategic business plan to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Drive omnichannel performance by leveraging available tools and technology to convert and grow sales across channels.
- Recruit, hire, onboard and retain top retail talent; lead continuous coaching and performance development.
- Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring operational discipline, visual standards and customer service excellence.
- Build and cultivate a client book and local community engagement through clienteling and tailored experiences.
- Lead by example to inspire the team, foster transparency and maintain a high-performing, inclusive work environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing a specialty retail store with responsibility for P&L, team leadership and KPI delivery.
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and implementing business plans that drive measurable results.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to recruit, develop and retain talent and deliver effective training.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; proactive, flexible and commercially minded.
- Fluent in English. Local language (Italian) preferred.

Experience
Significant retail management experience at a specialty or premium fashion retailer, including responsibility for sales performance, team leadership and store operations. Experience driving omnichannel initiatives and building client relationships is essential.
