Michael Kors in Roermond is hiring a Store Manager — lead a retail team, drive omnichannel sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the store’s strategic business plan to drive incremental sales and achieve KPIs.
- Recruit, hire and retain high-calibre retail talent; build a motivated, customer-focused team.
- Oversee day-to-day retail operations ensuring consistent service standards and operational efficiency.
- Coach, train and develop staff through effective performance management and career development plans.
- Drive omnichannel sales by leveraging available digital tools and retail technologies to enhance the customer journey.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing high-traffic stores and leading large teams within a specialty retail environment.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPI-driven performance.
- Strong leadership, communication and people-development skills with an empowering management style.
- Commercially minded, proactive problem-solver with an entrepreneurial approach to retail challenges.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in the local language (Dutch) strongly preferred.

Education
