Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, empower and develop the store team to deliver an elevated client experience and achieve sales targets.
- Recruit, hire and retain high-calibre retail talent, fostering ongoing performance management and career development.
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure executional excellence across merchandising, inventory, loss prevention and visual standards.
- Develop and execute a strategic business plan to drive incremental sales using cross‑functional partners and marketing initiatives.
- Generate foot traffic through community engagement and by planning and hosting in‑store events.
- Build and maintain a client book through proactive clienteling and relationship management to drive repeat visits and lifetime value.
- Drive omnichannel sales by leveraging all available tools and retail technologies to optimise customer conversion and fulfilment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of Store Manager experience at a specialty retailer.
- Proven leadership in people management, coaching and performance improvement.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong client service orientation with experience in clienteling and relationship building.
- Comfortable using retail technology to support omnichannel selling and reporting.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of two years' experience as a Store Manager within a specialty retail environment; experience in luxury or lifestyle retail and a proven record of developing teams and achieving sales growth preferred.
Education
High school diploma required; post‑secondary education in Business, Retail Management, Fashion Merchandising or a related field preferred.
