Michael Kors Store Manager role in Prague. Lead retail operations, manage teams, and drive sales growth in a dynamic luxury fashion environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic business plans while driving incremental sales through cross-functional collaboration
  • Recruit, hire, and retain top-tier talent and build high-performing retail teams
  • Oversee effective day-to-day business and operational processes to ensure store performance
  • Manage, inspire, and empower team members by building trust, leading by example, and delivering comprehensive training and development
