Role & Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed assigned sales goals through strategic merchandising and team motivation
  • Analyze sales reports and data to develop informed business strategies and optimize store performance
  • Set individual sales targets for sales associates aligned with store business objectives
  • Lead sales floor activities, demonstrate product knowledge, and model elevated sales techniques
  • Oversee customer service standards, manage client relationships, and resolve complaints promptly and professionally
  • Maintain and manage client database to drive retention and increase repeat business
  • Plan and execute special events including collection previews, client events, and promotional activities
  • Ensure facility maintenance, visual presentation, and merchandising compliance with brand guidelines
  • Execute cash control procedures, manage store expenses, and maintain adherence to budgetary targets
  • Monitor inventory movement, ensure accuracy, and meet shrink reduction requirements
  • Schedule staff to maintain optimal floor coverage while controlling payroll expenditures
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop associates through continuous training and performance feedback
  • Support loss prevention initiatives across all areas of risk management and security
  • Maintain effective communication with corporate, regional, and peer store leadership
  • Ensure brand image and grooming standards are consistently upheld by all staff members

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5–10 years of retail management experience, including multi-unit or multi-department oversight
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and exceeding performance targets
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop retail teams
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
