Role & Responsibilities

• Empower, develop, and motivate store team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences and build lasting client relationships
• Recruit, hire, and retain best-in-class talent aligned with brand values
• Deliver operational excellence across all store processes, systems, and procedures
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans using business analytics to achieve productivity and profitability goals
• Create foot traffic and brand awareness through community involvement and local engagement initiatives
• Demonstrate flexibility and multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
• Drive omnichannel sales by utilizing all available retail tools and technology platforms
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective planning, execution, and team collaboration

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant Store Manager experience as a proven leader
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with diverse clientele
• Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing in English
• Authorization to work for any employer in the United States
• Ability to meet flexible store scheduling and availability expectations, including weekends, holidays, and peak retail traffic days
• Proven entrepreneurial mindset with ability to drive results, adapt to challenges, and think strategically
• Well-connected individual with ability to engage; authentic brand ambassador
• Customer service obsessed with passion for styling and fashion
• Strong performance management and team development capabilities
• Technologically savvy individual with entrepreneurial spirit

Skills

Experience

2+ years of relevant Store Manager experience in a retail leadership capacity, demonstrating a track record of building high-performing teams, achieving sales targets, and delivering operational excellence in fast-paced environments. Prior experience in fashion retail or luxury goods strongly preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to USD 110,000 per annum.
