Role & Responsibilities
- Empower, develop, and motivate the store team to deliver an elevated customer experience and drive sales results
- Recruit, hire, and retain best-in-class talent and foster a high-performing team culture
- Execute operational excellence across all store processes, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and compliance
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans leveraging business analytics to achieve productivity and revenue goals
- Generate foot traffic and build brand loyalty through community involvement and customer engagement initiatives
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment with fluctuating traffic patterns
- Drive omnichannel sales by utilizing all available tools, technology platforms, and integrated sales channels
- Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching and development opportunities, and manage staff scheduling
Qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant Store Manager experience as a proven leader in retail
- Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing in English
- Authorization to work for any employer in the United States (visa sponsorship not available)
- Ability to meet flexible store scheduling and availability expectations, including weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods
