Role & Responsibilities
- Empower, develop, motivate, and work alongside team members to drive results through delivering an elevated customer experience
- Recruit, hire, and retain best-in-class talent and foster team development
- Deliver operational excellence across all store processes and procedures
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth through business analytics and achievement of productivity goals
- Create foot traffic and brand visibility through community involvement and engagement initiatives
- Demonstrate flexibility and multitasking capability in a fast-paced retail environment
- Drive omnichannel sales by leveraging all available tools, technology, and point-of-sale systems
Qualifications
- 2+ years of proven Store Manager experience in a leadership capacity
- Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing in English
- Authorization to work for any employer in the United States (visa sponsorship unavailable)
- Ability to meet flexible scheduling expectations, including weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods

Experience
2+ years of relevant Store Manager experience as a proven leader in retail operations, with demonstrated success in team development, sales growth, and operational management.
Education
