Michael Kors seeks an experienced Store Manager for its Clinton Premium Outlets location in Clinton, CT. Lead retail operations and drive omnichannel sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Empower, develop, and motivate the store team to deliver an elevated customer experience and build lasting client relationships
- Recruit, hire, and retain best-in-class retail talent aligned with brand standards
- Deliver operational excellence across all store processes and merchandise management
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans utilizing business analytics to achieve productivity goals and sales targets

Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of progressive Store Manager experience in retail leadership

- Ability to meet flexible store scheduling requirements, including weekends, holidays, and peak retail traffic periods
