Role & Responsibilities
- Empower, develop, and motivate team members to deliver an elevated customer experience and achieve performance targets
- Recruit, hire, and retain high-caliber talent that embodies brand values and drives operational success
- Deliver operational excellence across all store processes, including inventory management, point-of-sale operations, and merchandising standards
- Develop and execute strategic business plans utilizing analytics to drive sales, achieve productivity goals, and maximize profitability
- Create foot traffic and community visibility through strategic local engagement and brand activation initiatives
- Drive omni-channel sales by leveraging all available tools, technology, and integrated retail capabilities
- Demonstrate exceptional flexibility and multitasking ability in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment

Qualifications
- 2+ years of proven Store Manager experience in a leadership capacity

- Fluency in English (reading, speaking, and writing required)
- Flexible scheduling availability, including weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods

2+ years as a Store Manager or equivalent leadership role in retail, with demonstrated ability to drive sales performance, develop high-performing teams, and maintain operational excellence in a branded retail environment.
Education

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 80,000 to CAD 100,000 per annum.
