Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the store team to deliver an elevated client experience and build lasting customer relationships.
- Recruit, hire and retain top retail talent; coach managers and associates through continuous performance management and development.
- Own daily store operations and ensure operational excellence across merchandising, inventory, loss prevention and visual standards.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales and productivity using business analytics and KPI tracking.
- Generate foot traffic and local brand awareness through community engagement and events.
- Manage and grow omnichannel revenue by leveraging available tools, technology and fulfillment capabilities.
- Demonstrate flexibility and multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail environment to meet commercial targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of proven Store Manager experience in a retail environment, preferably within luxury, premium or fashion brands.
- Demonstrated leadership in recruiting, developing and retaining high-performing teams.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience using sales and productivity metrics to drive results.
- Customer-obsessed with a track record of delivering exceptional service and selling through styling.
- Comfortable using retail technology and omnichannel tools to execute sales and operational initiatives.
Skills
Experience
At least two years of direct store management experience with a verifiable record of achieving sales targets, developing teams and delivering superior customer service in a fashion or retail environment; luxury retail experience preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, retail management or a related field preferred.
