Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the store team to drive performance and accountability across all departments
- Recruit, onboard, and develop top talent, building a cohesive team aligned with brand values
- Drive team retention through succession planning and proactive talent management strategies
- Manage performance evaluations and provide coaching to ensure consistent excellence
- Lead service excellence initiatives, ensuring Jet Set Ambassadors prioritize customer experience and loyalty
- Manage client database and implement clienteling strategies to maximize repeat business and revenue
- Maintain floor presence and lead by example in brand representation and customer service
- Meet and exceed sales goals, analyze performance metrics, and develop action plans for targets
- Collaborate with District Manager and corporate partners to optimize quarterly planners and business strategies
- Ensure store maintenance, auditing, and compliance with brand standards
- Control expenses while maintaining inventory integrity through bi-annual audits

Compensation
