Michael Kors is hiring a Store Manager in Miami, FL (Dadeland Mall) to lead sales, clienteling and store operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a sales team to deliver an elevated client experience and consistently achieve store sales targets.
- Recruit, hire and retain top retail talent while managing performance, scheduling and day-to-day team execution.
- Ensure operational excellence across store processes including merchandising, inventory control, loss prevention and POS accuracy.
- Develop and execute the store business plan, leveraging marketing, cross‑functional partners and local initiatives to drive incremental sales.
- Build and maintain a high-value client book through proactive clienteling, events and community engagement.
- Drive omnichannel sales by effectively using available digital tools and sales technology to convert and fulfil client demand.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of store manager experience at a specialty or luxury retailer.
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Proficiency in reading, speaking and writing English.
- Flexible availability to work weekends, holidays and peak retail trading periods.
- Strong leadership skills with demonstrable experience in hiring, developing and managing a retail team.

Experience
At least 2 years of prior experience as a Store Manager (or equivalent) in a specialty or luxury retail environment, with proven success in team leadership and sales growth.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or coursework in business, retail management, or fashion preferred.
