Michael Kors seeks a Store Manager at Rio Grande Outlet in Mercedes, TX to lead team development, drive sales and execute omnichannel retail strategies.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and develop the store team to deliver an elevated client experience and achieve sales targets.
  • Recruit, onboard and retain top retail talent; manage performance and career development.
  • Drive sales through strategic planning, business analytics and productivity goal attainment.
