Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire the store team to create a culture of performance, accountability, and results
  • Recruit top talent and develop staff into brand ambassadors, ensuring retention through actionable succession planning
  • Support training and onboarding initiatives for new hires and provide ongoing performance feedback and coaching
  • Meet and exceed sales goals whilst ensuring the team is held accountable for results
  • Analyze business reports and develop action plans to meet or exceed sales expectations
  • Establish quarterly business plans and ensure sales and unit goals are clearly communicated to all team members
  • Maintain strong sales floor presence and lead by example in customer service excellence
  • Coach Jet Set Ambassadors to resolve customer service issues and drive client loyalty through clienteling applications
  • Manage the client database and leverage customer information to increase sales revenue
  • Ensure store maintenance and auditing programs align with brand standards and visual merchandising directives
  • Control store expenses and continually identify opportunities to reduce costs
  • Maintain inventory control integrity through bi-annual inventory counts and effective scheduling
  • Prioritize loss prevention and implement immediate action on early signs of loss
  • Partner with District Visual Merchandising Manager to implement and maintain all visual merchandising strategies
  • Ensure brand image and grooming standards are upheld across the team
  • Communicate effectively with District Manager, corporate office, mall management, and retail partners
  • Generate additional revenue through local customer events

  • Proven retail management experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Charismatic and inspirational leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop teams
  • Strong technology proficiency and ability to leverage technology to drive sales and enhance customer experience
  • Proficiency in retail mathematics, KPI analysis, and Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and follow-up skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a challenging, fast-paced retail environment
  • Fluent in English
