Role & Responsibilities

  • Inspire, coach, and support the host store team to build a culture of accountability and high performance
  • Assist in onboarding and developing new team members with inclusive and effective training

  • Meet and exceed Shop-in-Shop sales goals, holding self and team accountable for results

  • Educate retail partner sales associates on Michael Kors' selling experience

  • Lead the team to prioritize inclusive, high-quality customer experiences that build loyalty and trust
  • Support consistent client communication using all available tools and channels
  • Manage the client database to identify opportunities for engagement and growth
  • Maintain a visible presence and model elevated service standards
  • Empower team members to resolve customer concerns with empathy and autonomy
  • Ensure the shop-in-shop and stockroom are well-maintained, organized, and accessible
  • Partner with retail teams to keep visual graphics current and impactful
  • Oversee timely processing of deliveries and stock placement
  • Maintain open communication with corporate, regional, and district teams
  • Collaborate on visual merchandising strategies and ensure consistent execution
  • Use company communication platforms effectively and follow through on required actions
  • Uphold brand standards for presentation and professionalism in a respectful and inclusive manner
  • Model company values and behaviors, using the behavior toolkit to promote a positive workplace culture

  • Proficiency in retail metrics, KPIs, and Microsoft Office
