Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing store team to deliver an elevated client experience and build lasting client relationships.
- Recruit, hire and retain talent to meet store staffing needs and foster a brand-driven sales culture.
- Deliver operational excellence across store processes including visual merchandising, inventory control and loss prevention.

Experience
Minimum of 2+ years' experience in a store manager role or equivalent leadership position within retail, ideally in a fashion or luxury environment, with demonstrated ability to drive sales and develop teams.
Education
Secondary school diploma required; bachelor's degree in business, retail management or a related discipline preferred.
