Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant Store Manager experience with proven leadership in a retail environment.
- Track record of achieving sales targets and developing teams through performance management.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse sales data and translate insights into action.
- Excellent client-facing skills and a passion for styling, service and luxury fashion.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, adaptable problem-solver and effective communicator.

Experience
Minimum of 2+ years' experience in a store manager role or equivalent leadership position within retail, ideally in a fashion or luxury environment, with demonstrated ability to drive sales and develop teams.
Education
Secondary school diploma required; bachelor's degree in business, retail management or a related discipline preferred.
