Role & Responsibilities
- Empower, develop, motivate, and work alongside the team to drive results through delivering an elevated customer experience
- Recruit, hire, and retain best-in-class talent and build a culture of accountability and empowerment
- Deliver operational excellence in all store processes and uphold brand standards across store functions
- Develop strategic plans to drive sales through business analytics and achieve productivity goals

Qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant Store Manager experience as a proven leader
