Role & Responsibilities
- Empower, develop, motivate, and collaborate with the team to deliver elevated customer experiences and drive business results
- Recruit, hire, and retain top-tier talent; manage performance and ongoing team development
- Deliver operational excellence across all store processes and inventory management
- Develop and execute strategic business plans while driving incremental sales through cross-functional partnerships and marketing opportunities
- Create community engagement through events and activities to build foot traffic and brand visibility
- Build and maintain a client book through relationship-building to drive repeat traffic and personalized client engagement
- Drive omnichannel sales using all available tools and technology to maximize revenue potential
Qualifications
- 2+ years of Store Manager experience at a specialty retailer
- Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing English
- Authorization to work for any employer in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available
- Ability to maintain flexible scheduling including weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods
