Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the store’s strategic business plan to drive incremental sales and achieve KPIs.
- Recruit, hire, retain and develop a high-performing retail team; lead through coaching, training and performance management.
- Oversee day-to-day store operations including visual standards, inventory control and customer service delivery.
- Inspire and empower staff to deliver an elevated, brand-consistent customer experience.
- Drive omnichannel sales by leveraging all available tools and technologies and collaborating with cross-functional partners.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing high-traffic retail stores and large teams within a specialty or luxury retailer.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPI objectives.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to recruit, develop and retain talent.
- Commercial and entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving ability and adaptability.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in the local language (Dutch) is highly desirable.

Education
