Role & Responsibilities

  • Analyze business performance reports and develop data-driven action plans to optimize sales, margins, and operational KPIs
  • Collaborate with the District Manager, corporate office, visual merchandising teams, and mall management to drive district-wide performance
  • Generate incremental revenue through the execution of local customer events and promotions

Qualifications

  • Proven retail management experience in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment
  • Demonstrated charismatic and inspirational leadership with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams
  • Strong proficiency with retail technology systems and the ability to leverage technology for sales acceleration and customer experience enhancement
  • Excellent proficiency in retail mathematics, KPI analysis, and Microsoft Office applications
  • Outstanding organizational, interpersonal, and follow-up skills with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
  • Fluency in English
