Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of retail associates to foster a culture of performance, accountability, and customer-centric service
- Recruit and onboard top talent while implementing comprehensive training and succession planning initiatives
- Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets through effective team coaching, visual merchandising collaboration, and strategic pricing strategies
- Manage store operations including scheduling, expense control, inventory integrity, and loss prevention in alignment with brand standards
- Maintain proactive client relationship management through clienteling platforms and customer database analytics to drive loyalty and repeat business
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide ongoing coaching, and manage all human resources issues in partnership with the HR department
- Ensure consistent brand standards across visual merchandising, product knowledge, and customer service delivery
- Analyze business performance reports and develop data-driven action plans to optimize sales, margins, and operational KPIs
- Collaborate with the District Manager, corporate office, visual merchandising teams, and mall management to drive district-wide performance
- Generate incremental revenue through the execution of local customer events and promotions
Qualifications
- Proven retail management experience in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment
- Demonstrated charismatic and inspirational leadership with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams
- Strong proficiency with retail technology systems and the ability to leverage technology for sales acceleration and customer experience enhancement
- Excellent proficiency in retail mathematics, KPI analysis, and Microsoft Office applications
- Outstanding organizational, interpersonal, and follow-up skills with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
- Fluency in English
- Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, challenging environment

Experience
Proven retail management experience in a fast-paced retail environment, ideally within the luxury fashion or apparel sector. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in leading store teams of multiple associates, driving sales performance, managing P&L responsibilities, and implementing operational improvements across store functions.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field is preferred.
