Role & Responsibilities
- Inspire, lead and coach the store team to create a culture of performance delivery and accountability
- Recruit top talent, train and develop staff to build a team of brand ambassadors
- Drive team retention and succession planning
- Support implementation and follow-up of training and onboarding programmes for new joiners
- Provide regular performance evaluation and coaching to each team member
- Manage and resolve HR issues in collaboration with the HR Department
- Ensure image and grooming standards are aligned with brand policy
- Prioritize exceptional customer experiences and maintain client communication through clienteling applications
- Manage client database and utilize information to increase sales
- Maintain floor presence and lead by example
- Coach team members in resolving customer service issues and empowering decision-making
- Organize and execute local customer events to drive revenue

- Proven retail and management experience with a fast-paced retailer
- Charismatic and inspirational leadership qualities
- Technology proficiency and knowledge of leveraging technology to drive sales and customer experience
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, challenging environment
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and follow-up skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Retail Math and KPIs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Fluent English

Education
