Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop the store team to deliver an elevated, client-focused customer experience and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years' experience as a Store Manager at a specialty or luxury retailer.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to meet KPIs, with strong performance management skills.
- Demonstrated track record of recruiting, developing and retaining high-performing retail talent.
- Commercial acumen with experience in sales planning, inventory management and basic P&L responsibility.
- Excellent customer service and selling skills with a passion for fashion and styling.

Education
