- Lead, mentor and develop store team to deliver an elevated client experience and achieve productivity targets
- Recruit, hire and retain top retail talent and coach employees on performance improvement
- Execute daily store operations to ensure operational excellence across merchandising, inventory and loss prevention
- Create and implement strategic plans using business analytics to drive sales and meet productivity goals
- Generate local foot traffic through community engagement and brand activation
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment and ensure smooth omnichannel fulfilment
- Leverage available tools and technology to drive omnichannel sales and customer conversion
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant Store Manager experience with a proven leadership record
- Demonstrated success driving sales and developing high-performing teams
- Strong customer-service orientation with selling, styling and clienteling skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset, strategic problem-solving ability and adaptability
- Technologically savvy with experience using retail tools to support omnichannel operations

Experience
Minimum of 2+ years as a Store Manager or equivalent retail leadership role, preferably within fashion, luxury or outlet retail, with demonstrable results in sales, team development and operational delivery.
