Michael Kors seeks an experienced Store Manager to lead operations at its Sicily outlet location. The successful candidate will oversee daily store operations, manage team performance, and drive sales growth in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the outlet location
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales and support team
- Drive sales targets and revenue growth while maintaining operational excellence
- Implement and maintain Michael Kors brand standards and visual merchandising guidelines
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and merchandise distribution
- Ensure customer service excellence and positive shopping experience
- Monitor financial performance, budgets, and profitability metrics
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar retail leadership role
- Strong understanding of luxury fashion retail operations
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams
- Excellent sales acumen and track record of achieving targets
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in retail management systems and POS software

Minimum 5 years of retail management experience, preferably in luxury fashion or outlet retail environments
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail management certification or university degree in business/hospitality preferred

This position is based in Enna, Sicily, Italy, within easy reach of Palermo.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 48,000 to EUR 60,000 per annum.
