Role & Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing a specialty retail store with responsibility for sales and operations.
  • Demonstrable results‑driven orientation with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Strong leadership capabilities: ability to inspire teams, provide coaching and foster an inclusive environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English plus proficiency in the local language (German).
  • Commercial and entrepreneurial mindset with adaptability and proactive problem‑solving aptitude.

Experience
