Role & Responsibilities
- Create, lead, and execute the boutique client experience strategy, identifying opportunities for improvements with a 360-degree view to ensure brand values and standards are upheld
- Obtain client insights and provide feedback that translates into action plans for continuous improvement, partnering closely with the Corporate Retail Excellence team
- Lead bespoke activities to facilitate seamless client experiences, including defining objectives, planning, preparation, client coordination, entertainment, and product presentation
- Recruit, hire, retain, and provide ongoing mentorship to the boutique team to improve proficiencies, attitudes, and behaviors that impact the client experience
- Create boutique policies and implement standards ensuring all team members contribute to visual merchandising excellence
- Utilize CRM training, clienteling behaviors, and performance conversations in partnership with Marketing and CRM teams to increase sales revenue year over year
- Oversee the client journey with the Retail Excellence team to strengthen clienteling results and increase client sales penetration
- Partner with the boutique team and Corporate to ensure the boutique meets brand standards and expectations
Qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant luxury store manager experience as a proven leader
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to drive results, adaptability, and problem-solving skills
- Well-connected individual with strong engagement abilities and true brand ambassador qualities
- Customer service expertise with passion for styling and love for fashion
- Strong performance management and team development capabilities
