Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of proven Store Manager experience with demonstrated leadership in a retail environment.

  • Proficiency in reading, speaking and writing English.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays and peak retail days (e.g., Black Friday, Mother’s Day).
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift), lift and carry up to 30 pounds, and perform routine physical tasks such as bending, kneeling and reaching.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage with a diverse clientele.

Experience
