Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic business plans while driving incremental sales through cross-functional partnerships
- Recruit, hire, and retain top-tier talent aligned with brand values
- Oversee effective day-to-day business and operations processes
- Manage, inspire, and empower the team by building trust, leading by example, and delivering targeted training and development
- Drive omnichannel sales performance in a fast-paced environment utilizing all available tools and technology
