Michael Kors seeks a Store Manager to lead a lifestyle retail team, elevate the client experience, deliver operational excellence and drive sales through strategic planning, business analytics and omnichannel tools. The role requires at least 2 years of relevant Store Manager experience, English proficiency, U.S. work authorization and flexible availability for weekends, holidays and peak retail days; it is full-time.
Role & Responsibilities

- Stand and walk for extended periods, up to 8 hours per shift; lift and carry up to 30 pounds; reach overhead, bend, kneel and stoop; handle merchandise and operate point-of-sale equipment; visually assess merchandise and customer needs; communicate clearly with customers and team members in writing and verbally; and work in busy environments with bright lights, music and peak traffic.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of relevant Store Manager experience as a proven leader.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse clientele.
- Proficiency in reading, speaking and writing in English.
- Authorization to work for any employer in the United States; employment visa sponsorship is unavailable.
- Ability to meet store scheduling and availability expectations, including a flexible schedule covering weekends, holidays and high-traffic retail and sales days such as the day after Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, Christmas Eve and Mother’s Day.
- Entrepreneurial approach with the ability to drive results; adaptability, problem-solving ability and strategic thinking.
- Strong connections and ability to engage as a brand ambassador.
- Customer-service focus, selling ability, passion for styling and love of fashion.
