Michael Kors Store Manager in Austin (Barton Creek) — lead boutique operations, drive omnichannel sales and develop a high-performing team.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and develop a high-performing store team to deliver an elevated client experience and achieve sales targets.
  • Recruit, hire and retain top retail talent and manage performance through ongoing coaching and development.
  • Develop and execute the store business plan, leveraging cross-functional partners and marketing initiatives to drive incremental sales.
  • Deliver operational excellence across all store processes, including merchandising, inventory control and loss prevention.
  • Build and maintain a client book through proactive clienteling and relationship-building to increase repeat traffic and spend.
  • Drive omnichannel sales by utilising all available tools and technology to fulfil client needs and optimise conversion.
  • Create foot traffic and brand awareness through community involvement and in-store events.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years' experience as a Store Manager (or equivalent) at a specialty or fashion retailer.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Proficiency in reading, speaking and writing English.
  • Ability to meet store scheduling needs, including flexible availability for weekends, holidays and peak retail periods.
  • Preferred: entrepreneurial mindset, strong performance management and team development skills, and experience as a brand ambassador with community or local engagement.
