Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years' experience as a Store Manager (or equivalent) at a specialty or fashion retailer.
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Proficiency in reading, speaking and writing English.
- Ability to meet store scheduling needs, including flexible availability for weekends, holidays and peak retail periods.
- Preferred: entrepreneurial mindset, strong performance management and team development skills, and experience as a brand ambassador with community or local engagement.

Minimum of 2+ years' experience managing a specialty retail store with demonstrated success in team leadership, sales growth and operational management.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, retail, fashion or a related field preferred.
