Michael Kors seeks a Store Manager at Lenox Square, Atlanta — lead boutique operations, client experience and omnichannel sales. Full-time.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a retail team to deliver an elevated, client‑centric experience and consistent sales performance.
- Recruit, onboard and retain top retail talent; conduct performance reviews and implement development plans.
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure operational excellence, compliance and visual merchandising standards.
- Develop and execute the store business plan; manage sales targets, local marketing, and community engagement to generate traffic.
- Build and maintain a client book through proactive clienteling, events and relationship management to drive repeat business.
- Maximise omnichannel revenue by leveraging CRM, POS and digital tools to convert traffic across channels.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional partners (merchandising, marketing, e‑commerce) to capitalise on promotional and product opportunities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience as a Store Manager at a specialty or luxury retailer.
- Authorization to work for any employer in the United States; company is unable to sponsor visas at this time.
- Proficiency in reading, speaking and writing English.
- Availability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends, holidays and peak sales periods.
- Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours), lift up to 30 lbs, reach, bend and operate POS equipment.

Experience
At least two years of proven Store Manager experience within a specialty or luxury retail environment, with demonstrated capability in team leadership, P&L responsibility and driving omnichannel sales.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in retail management, business or related field preferred.
