Michael Kors seeks a Store Maintenance Helpdesk Coordinator in Manno, Switzerland to manage FM ticketing, first-level support and vendor coordination.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as primary point of contact for retail stores, concessions, wholesale, travel retail and internal teams for all store maintenance matters.
  • Receive, review and triage all Facility Management (FM) ticketing requests; perform first-level quality checks for clarity, categorization, priority and required attachments.
  • Assign tickets to internal technical teams or external vendors according to issue type, priority and store location; escalate urgent or health & safety–critical issues per guidelines.
  • Coordinate ticket follow-up and ownership handovers; monitor status and provide regular progress updates (weekly/monthly) to relevant stakeholders and country managers.
  • Maintain and update service records, facilities database and contractor documentation; control the maintenance calendar and establish job priorities and timeframes.
  • Review and approve invoices related to store maintenance and deliver accurate reporting to the Facilities & Maintenance Manager.
  • Support continuous improvement of helpdesk processes and data quality within the ticketing platform; identify recurring issues and training needs.
  • Provide occasional front desk support during receptionist absence and perform other administrative duties as required.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer-service and helpdesk mindset with a structured, solution-oriented approach.
  • High attention to detail and proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests simultaneously.
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills; able to liaise with stores, vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Comfortable using ticketing systems and digital platforms; experience maintaining databases and operational records.
  • Problem-solving attitude and ability to work closely with technical and operational teams.

Experience
