Role & Responsibilities

  • Receive, check and process incoming deliveries; ensure accurate quantity and quality control of merchandise.
  • Organize and maintain the stockroom to brand merchandising and housekeeping standards.
  • Replenish sales floor merchandise efficiently and execute visual merchandising directives.
  • Perform regular stock counts and support inventory control processes to minimise shrinkage.
  • Collaborate with sales and store leadership to prioritise stock flow for peak trading and special events.
  • Support loss-prevention procedures and maintain traceability of high-value items.
  • Assist with ad hoc logistics tasks, including returns processing and stock transfers.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a stockist or inventory associate in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills with a disciplined approach to stock accuracy.
  • Professional, client-focused demeanour and ability to support a luxury sales environment.
  • Physical ability to handle merchandise (lifting, standing, and repetitive tasks).
  • Capacity to work within team routines and to respond to shifting commercial priorities.

Experience

Previous experience working as a stockist or in inventory/logistics within retail—ideally in fashion or luxury—demonstrating familiarity with flagship store operations and inventory control.
