Role & Responsibilities

  • Organise, maintain and optimise stockroom layout and inventory levels to ensure product availability and efficient flow.
  • Receive, check and process incoming shipments; prepare and execute goods dispatch.
  • Support all warehouse functions including stock replenishment, merchandise handling and store transfers.
  • Perform and assist with cycle counts and full inventory, ensuring accuracy of stock records.
  • Execute register and record‑keeping functions accurately and in line with store procedures.
  • Adhere to and implement store and warehouse operational standards, health & safety and loss‑prevention procedures.

Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training in retail (or equivalent qualification).
  • Previous retail experience with a focus on stockroom/warehouse operations.
  • Proactive, organised approach with a clear sense of urgency and priorities.
  • Solid knowledge of warehouse management tasks and inventory control processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English (due to an English-language warehouse system).

Experience

Prior retail experience is required, preferably with hands-on exposure to stockroom or warehouse tasks such as goods receipt, dispatch and inventory management. Experience working with an English-language warehouse system is advantageous.

Education

Completed vocational training in retail (or equivalent commercial/warehouse qualification).
