Michael Kors in Cypress, TX seeks a full-time Stock Associate to manage inventory, shipping/receiving and support sales teams (up to $22/hr).
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain a neat, organized and adequately stocked sales floor and stockroom throughout the day.
- Execute shipping and receiving protocols, including processing inbound and outbound merchandise and verifying deliveries.
- Perform stockroom tasks—merchandise replenishment, tagging and backstock organization—with speed and attention to detail.
- Support the selling team with inventory needs and prioritise the customer experience during peak periods.
- Uphold store visual standards and cleanliness, assisting with on-floor merchandising as required.
- Utilize available omnichannel tools and technology to drive online-in-store sales and fulfilment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant retail or stockroom experience.
- Energetic, motivated and able to drive results in a metrics-driven retail environment.
- Customer-service focused with the ability to support sales colleagues and interact professionally with clients.
- Technologically comfortable with retail systems and able to learn omnichannel tools quickly.
- Flexible team player who can multitask and adapt to changing business priorities.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of hands-on retail or stockroom experience, demonstrating the ability to multitask in a fast-paced store and support omnichannel fulfilment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
