Role & Responsibilities
- Manage stock and cashier team operations, collaborating with store leadership on risk management, physical security, and inventory control
- Train sales staff on proper register usage, maintenance, and management functions
- Execute all shipping and receiving protocols, manage associated paperwork, and participate in inventory cycles
- Oversee the selling floor to ensure organization, proper stocking, and adherence to visual merchandising directives
- Process and track product deliveries in a timely manner; identify and report product concerns
- Support customer service delivery by assisting sales associates with complaints, returns, and defective merchandise
- Communicate inventory needs to the management team to support business goals
- Maintain brand image and professional grooming standards across the team; support training programs and seminars
- Adhere to work schedules and time and attendance requirements
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience
- Proven ability to manage inventory, stock, and shipping/receiving operations
- Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and register functions
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced retail environment
- Customer service excellence with demonstrated problem-solving skills
- Leadership capability with experience training and supporting retail staff
