Michael Kors Stock Supervisor position in Milpitas, USA – manage inventory, supervise teams, and drive retail excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise and execute all merchandise shipments while identifying and reporting discrepancies immediately
- Maintain organized, properly stocked selling floors in accordance with visual merchandising directives
- Lead and assist in inventory counts and communicate inventory needs to support business objectives
- Provide supervision and guidance to stock and cashier team members to drive results and achieve store sales goals
- Support upper management through strategic, multifaceted approaches to operational excellence
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail experience
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage diverse clientele
- Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing in English
- Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends, holidays, and peak retail traffic days
- Physical capability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift)
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Ability to reach overhead, bend, kneel, and stoop
- Proficiency with point-of-sale equipment
