Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise and coach stock and cashier teams to deliver elevated customer service and achieve store sales targets.
- Oversee receiving, processing and accurate execution of all merchandise shipments; immediately report and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain selling floor presentation and stock levels in accordance with visual merchandising directives.
- Lead and participate in inventory counts, reconcile variances, and communicate replenishment needs to support business goals.
- Support loss-prevention practices, safe merchandise handling and point-of-sale operations during peak traffic periods.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail experience, including supervisory or lead responsibilities.
- Authorization to work for any employer in the United States; sponsorship is not available.
- Proficiency in reading, speaking and writing English.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends, holidays and high-traffic sales days.
- Capacity to meet physical requirements: stand and walk up to 8 hours, lift and carry up to 30 pounds, reach, bend, kneel and stoop.

Experience
At least two years of retail experience with demonstrated success in inventory handling, stockroom operations and supervisory or lead responsibilities within a high-volume retail environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary study in business, retail management or a related field preferred.
