Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise stockroom and cashier teams to ensure efficient daily operations and adherence to brand standards.
- Partner with the Store/Operations Manager on risk management, loss prevention, physical security and store cash controls.
- Oversee register management functions and train sales staff in correct register/POS usage and cash-handling procedures.
- Manage shipping and receiving processes, paperwork and protocol; ensure timely processing of deliveries and participation in inventories.
- Implement and maintain merchandising and visual directives to ensure the selling floor is organized, stocked and brand-compliant.
- Identify and communicate inventory shortages, product concerns and replenishment needs to support sales objectives.
- Promote exceptional client service; assist in resolving customer issues, returns and defective merchandise claims.
- Maintain professional image and grooming standards and support follow-up for staff training programs and seminars.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience, with exposure to inventory or stock functions.
- Demonstrable cash-handling experience and familiarity with register/POS management.
- Proven supervisory or team-lead experience, including staff coaching and training.
- Strong customer-service orientation with experience in clienteling or building repeat clientele.
- Working knowledge of shipping/receiving procedures and inventory control processes.
- Valid driver’s license when assigned offsite driving responsibilities.
- Flexible availability to support store hours and adherence to time and attendance policies.

Experience
Minimum two years of retail experience, including hands-on involvement with inventory processes, cash controls or supervisory responsibilities; prior experience in luxury or premium retail environments preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, merchandising or related field advantageous.
