Role & Responsibilities
- Meet personal and store sales goals, use elevated sales and service standards to maximize performance, demonstrate in-depth merchandise knowledge, and maintain sales policies and procedures.
- Support and encourage staff in delivering the highest level of customer service; resolve client problems and complaints promptly and effectively; assist sales associates with dissatisfied customers, returns, and defective merchandise.
- Collaborate with the store manager on risk management, physical security, store cash controls, and inventory management.
- Train sales staff in appropriate register use and maintenance; execute management register functions; support stock, shipping, receiving protocols, policies, procedures, and paperwork; participate in inventories.
- Keep the selling floor neat, organized, stocked, and aligned with the correct visual image; implement and maintain merchandising and visual directives; process deliveries promptly; identify product concerns promptly; communicate inventory needs to support business goals.
- Maintain professional image and grooming standards that reflect the brand; adhere to work schedules and attendance requirements; support follow-up for training programs and seminars.
- Review negative on-hands and cycle-count reports daily and delegate related projects to the team.
- Own back-of-house shifts, allocations, and unwrapping for floorset product.
- Maintain training standards and product knowledge with the stock team.
