Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise and execute all merchandise shipments and report discrepancies immediately
- Ensure the selling floor is organized, stocked, and follows all visual merchandising directives
- Lead inventory counts and communicate inventory needs to support business goals
- Assist upper management in driving sales results through strategic, multifaceted approaches
- Supervise stock and cashier teams while prioritizing customer experience and service standards
- Manage personal and store sales goals while maintaining flexibility for peak retail periods
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail experience
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage diverse clientele
- Authorization to work for any employer in the United States (no visa sponsorship available)
- Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing English
- Ability to meet flexible store scheduling requirements including weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift)
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds

2+ years of relevant retail experience in a supervisory or stock management capacity

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
