Michael Kors is hiring a Stock Supervisor in Austin to manage inventory, staff, and retail operations in a dynamic fashion retail environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage stock and cashier team operations and performance
  • Collaborate with store manager on risk management, physical security, cash controls, and inventory management
  • Train and supervise sales staff on register usage, maintenance, and proper operational procedures
  • Execute all management register functions and maintain store cash protocols
  • Oversee stock, shipping, and receiving procedures including protocol compliance and related documentation
  • Participate in physical inventories and cycle counts
  • Drive product transport to and from offsite locations as needed
  • Maintain selling floor standards including organization, stocking, and alignment with brand visual identity
  • Implement and maintain merchandising and visual directives
  • Process deliveries in a timely manner and identify product concerns
  • Communicate inventory needs to support business objectives
  • Support staff in delivering exceptional customer service
  • Build and maintain clientele through personal client book management and staff development
  • Resolve customer complaints and service issues efficiently
  • Enforce brand image and grooming standards among team members
  • Maintain adherence to work schedules and attendance standards
  • Support training programs and staff development initiatives

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of retail operations or supervisory experience
  • Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and register management
  • Strong inventory management and merchandise handling knowledge
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a team
  • Experience with shipping, receiving, and logistics protocols
