Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain selling floor and merchandise in a neat, organized and fully stocked condition.
- Manage stockroom inventory and assist with replenishment to the sales floor.
- Execute shipping, receiving and related paperwork according to store protocols.
- Participate in store inventories and cycle counts.
- Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system and perform all relevant register functions, including cash handling.
- Support store management with the supervision of stock and cashier duties as required.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, build repeat clientele and resolve client issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience.
- Demonstrable cash-handling and POS operation experience.
- Proven customer service and clienteling ability; experience maintaining a client book is a plus.
- Familiarity with receiving, shipping and inventory control procedures.
- Reliable attendance, professional presentation and flexible availability including weekends and holidays.

Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail or vocational training is advantageous.
