Michael Kors seeks a Stock Associate to support inventory, stockroom, shipping and receiving, register operations, and customer service in Wertheim. This is a part-time role for 20 hours per week, with compensation of €30,500–€39,000.
Role & Responsibilities
- Keep the selling floor and merchandise neat, organized, and stocked.
- Assist with maintaining inventory in the stockroom and on the selling floor.
- Assist with stock, shipping, and receiving procedures and related paperwork.
- Participate in inventories.
- Comply with all Point-of-Sale policies and procedures.
- Execute all relevant register functions properly.
- Adhere to the work schedule, including time and attendance requirements.
- Participate in relevant training and development seminars, programs, and meetings as directed by store management.
- Provide the highest level of customer service.
- Build and maintain repeat clientele and use the client book.
- Resolve client problems and complaints quickly and effectively to ensure client satisfaction.
