Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain a neat, organised and fully stocked sales floor and stockroom.
- Execute shipping and receiving procedures, including inspection, processing and documentation of incoming merchandise.
- Perform merchandise replenishment, ticketing and accurate stocking with speed and attention to presentation standards.
- Support the selling team with inventory needs and customer‑facing requests, prioritising the client experience.
- Operate omnichannel fulfilment tasks to drive online and in‑store sales using available systems and technology.
- Sustain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards throughout the business day.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant retail or stockroom experience.
- Energetic, proactive and results‑oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Customer service focused with strong interpersonal skills.
- Organised and technologically comfortable with retail systems.

Experience
At least 1 year of hands‑on retail or stockroom experience supporting store operations, inventory control and shipping/receiving.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational coursework or postsecondary study in retail, fashion or logistics preferred.
